Allison and Cameron’s wedding day at The Farmhouse Plainfield was one of those days that felt joyful, meaningful, and full of heart from start to finish!

Their love story began on Hinge and led to a first date at a Cubs game, with Cameron living in Chicago at the time. That city connection has always been a special part of their story, especially since Cameron proposed at North Avenue Beach. From the very beginning, connection and intention have grounded their relationship.

Family played such a beautiful role throughout Allison and Cameron’s day! Allison is incredibly close with her family. So, it was sweet to see how intentionally they were woven into the celebration. One of the most touching moments was Allison gifting her bouquet to her mom during the reception. This was a moment that left very few dry eyes in the room! Cameron stood alongside his twin brother as best man, while Allison was supported by her sister as maid of honor. This truly made their wedding party feel even more personal and special.

Their day at The Farmhouse was nothing short of perfect! From the stunning color palette to the relaxed, elevated vibe of the venue, everything came together effortlessly. The weather showed up in the best way, the vendor team was top notch, and the energy stayed high all day thanks to their amazing wedding party and families. 

Photographing Allison and Cameron on their wedding day also brought me right back to their engagement session in downtown Chicago along the Riverwalk and North Avenue Beach, where we walked through the exact spot Cameron proposed. That session has always stuck with me… And getting to see their story come full circle on their wedding day made it even more meaningful.
