From the very beginning of planning, Rachel and Kevin knew The Morton Arboretum was meant to be their wedding venue. With its lush trees, fountains, and endless blooms, it offered the perfect setting to celebrate their love story. And after photographing their summer wedding day there, I couldn’t agree more. It was a dream backdrop for this incredible couple!
A timeless, classic, and elegant wedding day
Their wedding day was full of joy, laughter, and love, surrounded by their big, fun wedding party! Their crew had 26 bridesmaids and groomsmen!! The energy this group brought was contagious, and it was such a joy to photograph them all together. Every little detail fit seamlessly into the natural beauty of The Morton Arboretum, from the soft color palette to the way Rachel and Kevin’s love shined in every photo.
One of the most unforgettable parts of the day was Kevin’s reaction to seeing Rachel! His reaction during their first look and again as she walked down the aisle were unforgettable. Those moments were so full of emotion, and I’ll admit I was smiling behind my camera with tears in my eyes!
Rachel and Kevin, your day was nothing short of magical. Thank you for trusting me to capture these once-in-a-lifetime memories at one of the most beautiful venues. I’ll be reliving this day for a long time to come!
