The Crawford || Naperville, Illinois Summer Wedding

Traci and Nick’s summer wedding at The Crawford is one you don’t want to miss! Over the past six years, I have photographed three Laskey brothers’ weddings and let me tell ya, this family knows how to have a good time!

Nick & Traci are quite the world travelers, so naturally, Nick proposed in Patagonia, Chile on a mountaintop! They met at work through mutual connections. While planning wedding photography details with them — it’s evident that these two were made for one another.

I undoubtedly knew this day was going to be magic. I felt so lucky to have a front-row seat on Traci & Nick’s day. Their love couldn’t be sweeter and seeing their family and friends embrace these two was such a gift! Not to mention… They surprisingly threw this entire wedding in THREE months. Throughout planning, I kept reminding them how lucky they were to get such a great vendor team in such a short amount of time. A Saturday in JUNE at a brand new venue in Naperville was truly meant to be for them!

If you are considering having your wedding in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, I highly recommend checking out The Crawford. This space was formally “Noah’s” and recently went under new ownership! The Abbott group did a phenomenal job giving this space a brand new life. It is equally modern and timeless, which is quite certainly, my kind of vibe! Plus, it’s nearby downtown Naperville and the riverwalk – the perfect spot for couples and wedding party portraits!

My favorite feature about this space? It’s an “all-in-one kinda venue” as I like to call it. It’s a Chicagoland wedding venue unlike any other. There is space for everyone to get ready — you can have your ceremony, cocktail, and reception there. Not to mention, there is TONS of natural light and neutral decor that if the weather turns bad on your wedding day, there are endless options for indoor photos! What’s not to love?!

Nick & Traci: If there was any couple that could pull off a wedding in three months, it’s you guys! It truly was a day to remember!
