Travel for your engagement session?! Yes, please! I love it when I get to see new places and bring my camera along 🙂 This was a quick day trip to Arizona, Taylor & Carly spoiled me with the red rock in Sedona, and it did not disappoint! Taylor and Carly met in college at Valparaiso and after their graduation they moved out to Arizona where they are dog moms to two of the cutest pups, living their best life in the desert! I flew in super early the day of their shoot and they picked me up from the Phoenix airport and we took off straight to Sedona from there. Taylor and Carly got their hair and makeup done by the super-talented, Ash, who has her own private studio space. The weather was super iffy and playing games on us that day. The forecast was calling for rain and absolutely no sun. I was watching the sky like a hawk and was determined to make whatever work as I had less than 24 hours in Arizona. As you can see by the photos, we sure as heck made it work. It was raining off and on throughout the entirety of the shoot but we didn’t care! We turned up the music and enjoyed the time we had in the beautiful red rock of Sedona! I seriously can’t wait til their wedding day come October of this year! It’s going to be INSANE!
