If you know me, you know how special downtown MKE is to me. It was so inspiring to work with a couple who had a similar love affair with Milwaukee. Emily and I went to HS together so it was really awesome to see her again and meet her new fiance, Brandon! Emily reached out to me to celebrate their engagement with a shoot, knowing they would be taking their time planning their 2024 wedding. I am so here for helping a couple celebrate and find the special moments during what can be a very stressful time. Emily and I got to chatting and really connected over moving away from our small town has been the best thing we could have done for ourselves. Emily & Brandon are living their BEST lives in MKE, trying new breweries, and becoming regulars at their favorite downtown places. 

I really wanted to celebrate how intertwined the couple’s love story is with the city they live in, so I took them to the museum and the lakeshore state park (by Summerfest!) for some stunning MKE shots. I can’t WAIT to see what Emily & Brandon plan for their big day.
